A sequel to the allegation that a lady, Avhile looking ii± : a shop window in Edinburgh, was assaulted and robbed, is the arrest of Lieutenant C. Aylmer Cameron, of the 57th Battery of tlie Royal Field Artillery, stationed at Piershill Barracks, Edinburgh, and his wife. They were arrested while endeavouring to obtain insurance money.by misrepresentation. ', - Tlie police are unable to obtain evidence of the alleged assault. The missing necklace was insured. (A cable- received on 10th instant stated: —A lady who was looking in a shop window in. Edinburgh was assaulted and robbed of a Pearl necklace worth £7OOO. The assailant escaped.)
