Every' subject ■Rias treated in a tasteful as 'well as ingenious manner, 'iitie pantomime "Alice in Wonderland" is a studiy full of wonders ■and novelties, .cleverly conceived and splendidly executed:. The au- . dience' greetfced this picture; ; with rounds of applause. The new series of dramas shown included some meritorious subjects, the most popular being "Hearts of Oak," "Dr Brian Pelle," and "Tli.e Sleepwalker." Of the other pictures the industrial film depicting the timber industry 011 the Fraser -Viver : ji British Columbia is wortihy of spe<--ial mention. "Beautiful. Brittany" and "Picturesque Meriaki" are two lovely scenics. Of some very funny comedies "l'lio Lucky Toothache * and ' 'U-'he Senator and Itlhe ettes" were perhaps the best. Tlio programme will be repeated' tonight. - On Thursday, Friday aii.TSatuixlay nxt, a picture showing the fighlt between the London poliej and soldiers and the lioundsditch anarchists will be shown.
