EKETAHUNA STOCK SALE

Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having held their usuar weekly sale at Eketahuna on Friday, the -24 th inst. We offered an exceptionally, heavy yarding of both sheep and cattle to a fair •attendance. Sheep dragged at auction, and in most cases vendors had, to lower their reserves before wo could do business, but we made practically a total clearance before the ejid of the day. Cattle sold well at laro values.
