BRITISH ARMY ESTIMATES.

LONDON, February 24. In the House of Commons the Arnrv Estimates for 1911-12 were tabled. They provide for an expenditure of £27,690,000. The personnel of the army is to be raised to 186,400, an increase of 2200. It is proposed that a sum of £85.000 shall be devoted to aviation.
