BRITISH ARMY ESTIMATES.

LONDON, February 24. In the House of Commons the Arnrv Estimates for 1911-12 were tabled. They provide for an expenditure of £27,690,000. The personnel of the army is to be raised to 186,400, an increase of 2200. It is proposed that a sum of £85.000 shall be devoted to aviation. Five aeroplanes are now available for the army, and it is hoped that va: second; large i Lebaudy machine: arid another of medium size will ; be ready : for •-.-; the summer. ; >
