ANOTHER LEVY. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.)
LONDON, February 25. The Executive of the South Wales Miners' Federation lias resolved on a further levy of a shilling a month, making two shillings a month, It is estimated that the Cambrian and other current strikes have cost the Federation £120,000.
