The entries for the Ladies' Swimm- j ing Carnival, which takes place today, are exceptionally good, and promise- a splendid day's sport. Competitors are asked to note that, owing to the large number of entries received, the first race will start at 2 p.m., and' not at a later hour as previously decided.
