MASTERTON BOROUGH. ÜBLIG NOTICE IS HEREBY . GIVEN THAT at a Special Meeting of the Masterton Borough Council held on Tuesday, the 14th day of February inst. IT was resolved as follows:—■ 1. THAT the Master ton Borough Council in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by The Municipal Corporations Act, .1908, The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908, The Slaughtering and Inspection Act, 1908, and The Rating Act, 1908, and in pursuance of all other Acts and powers (if any) enabling it.in that behalf, hereby resolves by" ; special order to borrow by way of sper.dl loan the sum of Four Thousand Pounds for the purpose of paying off the \ following special loan heretofore lawfully raised by the said Borough, ■-namely: Special : loan of £4OOO authorised to be raised for the purpose of establishing an dbattoir for the, purposes of the Borough: of Masterton and secured by & special rate made and levied on the 15th day of May, 1905. . l THAT the loan be called The Abattoir Loan, 1910.
