"WEIGHTS for all races on second day of meeting will be declared about 8.30 o'clock m the evening of the first day's races. ACCEPTANCES for second day's races close with the Secretary at the Club's rooms, Woodville, at 9.30 on the evening of the first day's races. PENALTIES. Flat Races.— The winner of any flat racfe (after declaration of ! weights if handicapped under Bst lOlbs) to carry lOlbs penalty, and j for every additional race 61bs extra. If handicapped at Bst lOlbs or over, to carry only half the above, penalties.
