Acceptances close on TUESDAY, 28th FEBRUARY. / ' I r CONDITIONS: All events will be conducted and decided under the rules of the New Zealand Athletic Union, and Competitors' attention is. specially drawn to Rule 15 of the Constitution and 13 of the Regulations, i.e., that every competitor must be registered and entry fee paid before competing,, otherwise he is liable to disqualification, and will not receive the prize money he may win. Nominations Jor all handicap events must be made ori February 21st, 1911, on' New Zealand Athletic forms, giving past two years' performances. If no performances during past two years, the last four performances (if any) to be stated. All protests must be lodged with the Secretary in writing within, ten miuntes after . the, evenv, accompanied with a fee of ss, to be forfeited if the protest, be found frivolous.,: Three'starters or no second'prize. Any competitor' leaving his mark before the pistol is fired will be put back one yard for each offence.
