. CAPTAIN SINCLAIR.. (Received Last Night, 11.15 o'clock.) LONDON/ February 16. •■. Tlie death has occurred of Captain C. Sinclair, for many years master of different of the Union Steamship Company's boats, and afterwards the Company's building superintendent in Scotland. He was the superinten dent for Australia.
