; NEW ZEALAND FORECAST. ; By Telegraph—Pi ess Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. {The Rev. D. C. Bates' summary and weather forecast are as foliows:— "Warm and hazy weather has prevailed, with fogs in parts. The winds have been generally moderate and the barometer has fallen slowly everywhere. Present indications are for moderate to strong easterly winds northwards of New Plymouth and Napier, and increasing nqrtherlies. elsewhere. The barometer will probably fall everywhere slowly, especially in the south'.. The weather will probably be warm and'hazy, with increasing cloudiness southwards of New Plymouth and Napier.
