MORE RESOLUTIONS. (Received Last Night, 8.20 o'clock.) SYDNEY, February 15; The Labour' Conference-has adopted a resolution in favour of establishing a Court for Criminal Appeal. Another motion was .proposed. t>t the effect that in the event of a dissolution before October, 1913; the rule previously adopted to the effect that no person who had not been a member of the Political. Labour League or affiliated to the Union for three years shall be eligible as a labour candidate, shal! not prevent the re-electhn of the ratting momber. The moverj in reply to a question as to whether he a dissolution, said it-was most likely. The resolution was carried, but the majority was insufficient it to be placed on'the platform, consequently the three-years probation rule stands.
