CABLENEWS United Press Association — By ~S3.ec trie Telegraph—Copyright.

REVIVAL OF INTEREST. FOUR GOOD REASONS. Received Last Night, 10.40 o'clock.) LONDON, February 15. The Times, in a special article, states that there has been a revival of interest in the "All Red" steamship route scheme. The article gives four reasons for emphasizing its importance. The first is Sir Joseph Ward's resolution at the Imperial Conference; the second Canada's closer commercial relationship with the United States; the third the problem of flood supplies unfolded in the discussion on the Declaration of London; and, the fourth' the Bill incorporating a proposed Imperial Company, now before the Canadian Parliament.
