THOUSANDS OF BODIES CREMATED OUTBREAK ON RUSSIAN BORDER. Received Last Night, 10.40 o'clock.) PETERSBURG, February 15. ■ Seven thousand bodies have been cremated, and fourteen others, disinterred and cremated. Two thousand five hundred.deaths have occurred at Ywangchengtse. Outbreaks: are reported on the Russo-Korean border. Four thousand employed .Chinese have been expelled from Vladivostok, "Nikolsk, and Khaborovsk.
