Nominations lor all handicap events must be made on February 21st, 1911, on New Zealand ■ Athletic forms, giving past two years' performances. If no performances during past two years, the last, four performances (if any) to be stated. All protests must be lodged with the Secretary in writing within ten miuntes after the event, accompanied with a fee of ss, to be forfeited if the protest be found frivolous. Three starters or no second prize.' Any competitor leaving his mark before the pistol is- fired will be put back one yard for each offence.
