PENALTIES. s Flat Races.— The winner of any j flat race (after declaration of weights if handicapped under Bst lOlbs) to carry 101 os penalty, and for every additional race 61bs extra. I If handicapped at Bst lOlbs or over, Ito carry only half the above penalties. Hurdle Races.— The winner of any hurdle race after the declaration of weights to carry lOlbs penalty in the hurdle race, or two or more hurdle races 211bs penalty.
