WEIGHTS for all races on second j day of meeting will be declared about 8.30 o'clock in the evening of the first daiy's races. ACCEPTANCES for second day's races close, with the Secretary at the Club's rooms, Woodville, at 9.30 on the evening of the first day's races. PENALTIES. Flat Races. — The winner of any flat race (after declaration of weights if handicapped under Bst lOlbs) to carry lOlbs penalty, and for every additional race 61bs extra.
