A FIGHT WITHOUT DAMAGE. INSURGENTS REINFORCING. (Received This Morning, 1.10 o'clock.) MEXICO CITY, February 8. In the battle between the Federal forces and the insurgents, hear Juarez, none were injured. A fierce fusilade, lasting for fifteen minutes, took place, when the Federals fled' to beyond range of the insurgents guns. The Federals are now • occupying Juarez. The position of the insurgents is unchanged. They are awaiting reinforcements in order to attack Juarez.
