MEETING OF MANAGERS.
. A, meeting of Managers of the Masterion Technical iSchool was held evening, there being present: Messrs E. Feist (chairman), E. H. Waddington, 0. ] E. Daniell, and the Very Rev. Dean McKenna. The Treasurer reported the balance at last.meeting.to, be, £l2 lis Id; receipts since, £241 16s Id penditure, £179 15s 8d; balance at date, £74 lis 6d.The matter of fixing the date for re-opening of the classes was left in 'the hands, of the incoming committee. : The secretary reported that_ a suggestion had been made that the regulation regarding the percentage of attendance of free pupils should be made more stringent, on account of the fact that they were at present too easy to comply with. ~ It was decided that this .be a recommendation to the incoming committee. [ The' secretary was instructed to' draft-.a,.syllabus-to present to the first meeting after the election, with a view to having it printed. The chairman, Mr Jackson, and the secretary were appointed to prepare a report.
