TO-DAY'S WEATHER.
NEW ZEALAND FORECAST. By Telegraph—F'i&s Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Rev. D. 0. Bates!' summary and weather forecast are as foHowa:— The, weather has been '.warm- and hafcy over the north island and northernmost parts of the south island; but showery weather now prevails everywhere. Squally northerly and .westerly winds prevailed in Cook and Foveaux Straits during the night. The barometer fell everywhere; but has commenced to rise in the southernmost districts. Present indications are for changeable weather, misty and showery conditions extending northwards, and rain may be expected soon in most parts of the country. Strong southerly winds and a rising barometer is probable in the south, and westerly wind's and unsteady barometer in the north.
