(By Telegraph—Special to the Age.) ] MAKURI, Last Night; The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report having held their monthly sale in Mr Cameron's yards, Makuri, to-day, when they offered a fair yarding of good sheep and a small yarding of cattle to a moderate attendance of buyers.. The prices en the whole compared favourably with prices ruling in other centres, and ran as follows: —2tooth wethers, 10s to lis; 6-tooth ' ewes, lis 3d to 12s; aged ewes, 7s to 1 9s; woolly lambs, 5s to 9s; fat sheep, > . 14s Id; rams, ligns to 2gns.
