+ NEW ZEALAND FORECAST. . By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Rev. D. C. Bates' summary aoid weather forecast are as follows: — Though the conditions haive' been, stormy in both northern and southernmost districts, the weather has been generally mild and changeable. Moderate south-westerly gales are also now reported 011 the West Coast of the South Island and rain on the East Coasts of both Islands. The glass has fallen everywhere. , Present indications are for rain in most parts of the country, with southerly and westerly winds prevailing, strong to gale. The barometer will probably rise slowly everywhere.
