DETAILS OF THE CRIME, (Received January 30, 9.30 o'clock.)
NEWCASTLE, January 29
Both Mrs Warhy and lier daughter Amy wore sliot dead. The mother was proprietress of the Billcnbah station. Two boys, Clare (16) and Miller, who worked on the station, were arrested on a charge of murder. Mrs W arby was emoiging from an outhouse, when she was shotin the head and died shortly afteiwards.
The daughter rushed out, and was confronted by the boy with a pea-rifle. She turned to run, and was shot twice in the head, and killed instantly. It is alleged that the boys intended to steal the available money, then burn the house and bodies in order to hide their crime.

SYDNEY, January 30
Reginald Clare stated that he was with the boy Miller and planned to rob the place. He got rifles, and they waited behind the . tank until they got an opportunity, to shoot the victims.
