In response to the toast of his health, he made a sort of. pithy, non-political speech, during which, however, he said : "The Mayor of Inglewocd is going to /the Coronation. So am I; and I promise you I will try and convert him to my way of thinking before he return?." The Premier had a most enthusiastic reception. Mr Hine was also, present, and several from Stratford. .
