MANAWATU RACING CLUB. By Telegraph—Press Association. PALMERSTON N., Last Night. At a meeting of the Committee of the Manawatu Racing Club the statement of receipts and expenditure regarding the Christmas meeting was laid on the table. It showed that the profit of 'the meeting was £1825 18s 9d, notwithstanding the fact, that the. totalisator taxation had been greatly increased.
