SIR CHARLES DILKE.

The death of Sir Charles Dilke, which was announced by cable yesterday, removes from the sphere of politics a figure which has been prominent in Radical circles for some years. The late Sir Charles Dilke was a lawyer by profession, and a red-hot Republican -by conviction.
