LEADERS NOT SUFFERING FROM SWELLED HEAD. (Received Last Night, 9.50 o'clock.) SYDNEY; January 26. The Hons. Andrew Fisher (Prime Minister of the Commonwealth), Mc-, Gbwen (Prime Minister,,of Victoria); and Verran (Prime Minister of South Australia), were present at the opening of the Political Labour League Conference, where they delivered congratulatory speeches on* "the progress of the Labour movement. Mr Verran declared that he and the other Labour Premiers would not allow themselves to suffer from a big head, but would work together calmly for the benefit of the whole of the workers of Australia. - After some opposition the conference decided to admit the Press.
