Henry, the oil expert, intends visiting and: inspecting the oil-bearing properties in the Masterton district, will afford considerable satisfaction to the community. It is probable that should Mr Henry's report be favourable, a trial bore will be put down in the course of a few months. Should petroleum be found in paying quantities, aij impetus will be given to trade in. the township of Masterton, and the whole distriet will be benefited.
