Pryoiv were appointed' to judge '• the competition ;for most originally dressed boy and girl, most unique poster, best comic costume on bicycle, and best illuminated boat. .-- The arrangement, of the times for the starting' of the events was 'left in the ' hands of Messrs Hurin, GeoTgejson, Crosbie, Coradine junr., IVJcEwen, and Pryor. This committee was given permission" to get the programme printed. •. Mr W. H.
