AND AGRICULTURAL RETURNS. Mr William Sellar, "Census Enumerator for the Masterton and Wairarapa districts, is now engaged making ■arrangements for the takiiig of the quinquennial census in April next. It :is expected that between twenty and thirty sub-enumerators will be employed, and that the work will occupy at least three months. A new depasture-is being made this year in connection. with the agricultural statistics.". These are to be collected with the census statistics, under the supervision of Mr Sellar.
