THAMES. Last Nfght, In the Magistrate's Court, Mr Clen.don,, solicitor, raised the point in a licensing case that December 26th could not be treated as Xmas Day. He submitted that no offence was disclosed in a case in which a licensee was charged with selling liquor on that day. Mr BurgesspS.M., reserved hisideoision. - V : :J;
