NEW PLYMOUTH, Last Night. The Harbour Board report for thepast year shows an increase in the working revenue of 2-5 per cent, over that of 1909, and in the cargo handled of 15 per cent. The new dredge is now engaged in deepening . the water at the wharf to 33ft at low water and spring tides, preparatory to widening the wharf by 20ffc.
