SUICIDE AT WANGANUI.

MAN TAKES STRYCHNINE. By Telegraph — Press Association. WANGANUI, Last Night. William Bramford, aged 33, nightwatchman, at the Wanganui railway station, died this morning from the Effects of a dose "of strychnine. "After Working all night, he returned to his home in the early morning, and worked about the house for a couple of hours. His sistef-in-law then heard a fall in a bedroom, and found Bramford on the floor. He held out his hand and said good-bye to-her. He told a neighbour, who was called in, that he hadtaken strychnine. He died before medical aid could reach him. No reason is known for the act.
