A MAGNIFICENT PRESENTATION.
WANGANUI; Last Night. " Mi* David Peat bas presented the Borough Council with 13f acres of land for the purpose of a playground for the children of the town. The land is situated on the Borough boundary, and constitutes a magnificent gift, the value of which it is difficult to estimate. The Borough Council to-night decided to call it "David PeaD Park:"
