As:the electors' roll for-the Borough of Masterton will* shortly' be made up., it is well that it-slrould Be known that, under the Municipal Corporations Act passed last session, any person, male or female, over the age of twenty-one years, who has resided one year in the Dominion and three months in tlie Borough prior to the ,date of application,,' is entitled v to be enrolled.
