A STRIKE PROMOTER.
(Received Last Night, 11.35 o'clock.) LONDON, January IG. Mr Ha velock, Wilson attended a ' private meeting of seamen and firemen at Liverpool in connection with the organisation. He proposed a strike, but declined to make a statement to the Press. Shipowners at Glasgow consider it unnecessary to take any special steps to counteract Mr Wilson's policy. .
