John Woods junr., 15s 6d, costs ss; William Fisher (Mauriceville) v. Peter Jensen, senr. (Ihuraua Valley), £ll 6s Id, costs £1; James Wiekens and Co. v. Walter Cook (Wellington), £6 3s 6d, costs 8s; W.F.C.A. v. William Simmonds, £5 lis Dd, costs £1 3s 6d. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. Orders oil judgment summonses were made as follows: Meran Dawson (Masterton) v. Hart G. Wellington (Palmerston N.) £25 14s Bd, order made' for payment forthwith, order to bo suspended if debtor pays 7s 6d per week, first payment to be made before February Ist, in default seven days' imprisonment; Patrick Carr (Masterton) v. Hakakai Haratiera (Tiraumea), £7 3s 6d order, made for payment forthwith, warrant, suspended if debtor pays £2 per month, first payment to be made , before February Ist, in default 3 days imprisonment.
