THfc POLICE SEARCH. A DRAMATIC ARREST. (Received January 9, 9.10 a.m.) LONDON, January 8. The police are searching for - the murderer of Heron, the French Jewmurdered on Claphum Common. The suspected man is described as a desperado. His Christian initial is "S." He was the last person! seen in Beron's .company," «7,d : has; since been missing. . "S. ,J previously boasted of his sympathy with the murderers of thn police at Houndsditch.
A party of detectives dramatically arrested an actor who was reading a newspaper in a Jewish restaurant close to" Sidney Street, on a charge of having murdered Beron. One detective clasped the man round the body, while the \ other*' handcuffed him.
