VENTILATES HIS GRIEVANCE,

Meikle said he j deemed himself deserving of £24,000 1 odd of compensation, and wl«-n he called for questions at the end of his remarks the only response was an inquiry regarding the distinction between a "free pardon" arid an "acquittal."
