THAT MORNING TRAIN.
When representations were made in the House of Representatives concerning tthe of the Waiharapa K :.the»,Minis±'er,- for Railways promised that, at the close of the session, he would consider the expediency of substituting an early morning train from' Masterton to the : north for the present unprofitable arid inconvenient morning service from Cross', Creek. :It is now five or six weeks since the House . prorogued, and there is no indication of a change, rossibly the member for Masterton might induce, the Minister to bring some finality to his / 'consideration." . Half a loaf would be better than no bread.
