/By Tekgrapj*—PS«B3w Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Rev. D. C* Bates' summary arid forecast are as follow.— Warm and fine weather has prevailed, with moderate and variable winds. The ibarometer has been unsteady everywhere, rising during the night,'but falling to-day. Present indications are for a falling barometer everywhere soon, and for a low pressure area advancing from the westward. Increasing easterly winds are probable northward of East Cape and Kawhia, and northcrlies elsewhere. Warm and humid conditions are probable -generally, and increasing haze and cloudiness shortly, heralding a change in conditions.
