All the officers appointed have been instructed to be in camp by Saturday., and practically all. of them will be there on the specified date. In one or two instances extension: of a few days has been granted. Major Hughes, the asst;-camp comfnandant, leaves for iFeatherston topio'rrow. . Capt.
