ISLAND MURDERS.

(Received Last Night, 9.10 o'clock.) BRISBANE, January 4. Dr. Deck, a missionary from the Solomon Islands, reports that four months ago, in response to a request from the Renall Island's Established School, three native Malatti teachers were sent to the "Islands. Two days •latter the .three teachers were killed. Dr. Deck declares that the natives have no grudge against the -Mission', and that the loyal chief had' nothing to do with the murder, which was committed by three men for the sake of the teacher*!' axes and other belongings. On the next visit of the steamer the islands were quiet.
