REORGANISING FORGES.
TO RESTORE ORDER
(Received Last Night, 9.25 o'clock.) LONDON, January 3. I Sir Edward Grey, Minister for Foreign Affairs, has been informed by Persia that a number of European officers have been selected to assist the Govez-nor of Fars (a province-of Persia) in re-organising the local forces. The Governor commands 10,000' regular tropps. A' portion of the loan which is now being negotiated is to be devoted to the restoration of order on the Bush-ire-Shiraz-Kazorum road; ;,« Four hundred Kasgar; riflemen and a number of cavalry are Vb-operating with the Governor.
