——+ j NEW ZEALAND FORECAST. (By Telegraph-—Presa Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Rev. D. C. Bates' Summary and forecast are as follow.— 1 Boisterous southerly winds and j rough seas have been reported bej tween Castlepoint and Kaikoura, '. with rain at times. Fair weather and moderate to stormy southerly winds have prevailed generally, but 1 north-easterly winds have increased southward of Banks Peninsula. Today the barometer has been unsteady. . Present indications are for moderate south-easterly winds in -the, Far North, variable winds thence to New Plymouth and Castlepoint, and moderate to strong northerly winds prevailing soon elsewhere. Fair weather probable generally, but changeable in the Far South, where a smart fall and rise in the barome- , ter may be expected soon.
