WEIGHTS for all races on second clay of meeting will be declared about 8.30 o'clock in the evening of the first day's races. ACCEPTANCES for second day's races close with the Secretary at the Club's rooms, Woodville, at 9.30 on the evening of the first day's races. PENALTIES. Flat Races.— The winner of any flat race (after declaration of weights if handicapped under Bst lOlbs) to carry lOlbs penalty, and for every additional race Gibs extra. If bandicapped at Bst lOlbs or over, to carry only half the above penalties. Hurdle Races.— The winner of any hurdle race after the declaration of weights to carry lOlbs penalty in the hurdle race, of two or more hurdle races 211bs penalty.
