ALLEGED SMUGGLING.
ITALIAN VESSEL SEIZED. ' (Received last Night, 10 o'clock.) CONSTANTINOPLE, Dec. 22. The authoriLies 'at Hodciha (an Arabian seaport on the Red Sea-, about 100 miles north of Mocha), have infringed the capitulations by seizing,- without consulting the Italian Consul, a boat flying the Italian flag, which it is alleged was engaged in smuggling.
