INTERNATIONAL DAIRY CONGRESS.

TO BE HELD AT STOCKHOLM. The fifth CongreES is to be held in Stockholm, commencing on June Bth, 1911. The work will be divided up into two main sections—(l) Milk production, and (2) treatment and consumption of milk and dairy products. The first will, include. the effects of feeding stuffs, the influence of fertilisers, the' control of milk producing associations, and the control of veterinary and other attendants. The second division will be devoted tocondensed and dried milk, methods of milk and dairy produce, value of homogenised milk, control of cheese, supply and education o' milk producers. Visitors are expected from all parts of the world, and excursions will be arranged. The Commissioner to the Swedish Government, Mr Frederick Bagge, of Lloyds' Avenue, London, has charge of the British arrangements.
