To-Day's Weather.
,—* — NEW ZEALAND FORECAST. (By Telegrapur-Presa Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Rev. D. C. Bates' summary and forecast are as follow.— The winds have veered to southerlies in all parts of the country today, and the weather has- been generally squally and showery, and colder weather in the south. The barometer has fallen and risen again everywhere. .Present indications arc for strong southerly winds backing to westerly and increasing again for another storm area, apparently now developing in the westward, witb changeable and showery weather probable generally. The barometer will probably rise slowly for a few hours, but fall again to-morrow, and go low in the South.
