To-Day's Weather.
NEW ZEALAND FORECAST. (By Telegram*-—Preßa Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Rev. D. C. Bates' summary and forecast are as follow.— The weather has been generally sultry and dense. Fogs have prevailed in yta-go and Foveaux Straits. ShoweFs have fallen in parts, and moderate to strong northerly and easterly winds nave predominated. Present iuuiuuums are for in- - creasing northerly winds generally, and a falling* barometer everywhere, especially in the South. Warm, misty jmd cloudy weather will probably precede rain in most parts of the country. Thunderstorms are probable, and conditions are somewhat threatening, especially south of Cook Straits.
